CedarOak Security prides
itself on a high standard of safety recognising the
importance of having an effective safety management plan.
This provides protection to staff, the public, our clients
and their employees. The safety management plan allows us to
identify hazards and implement corrective procedures,
ensuring that the clients’ and our safety record remains
flawless.
The
safety management plan consists of 5 main elements:
Health and Safety Policy
We
acknowledge that we have a duty to provide our employees
with a safe and healthy place in which to work. It is our
policy to ensure that no harm will come to any employee,
contractor or other person as a result of any action or
inaction on the part of the company, its employees or
contractors.
In
providing this environment we have established a Health and
Safety Committee whose role is to:

Participate and encourage employee participation in
identifying hazards and developing and maintaining
safety procedures.

Promote health and safety in the workplace, by providing
employees with information and training in health and
safety.

Actively work to eliminate the number of serious
accidents and injuries that occur in the workplace.
We
aim to maintain these high standards of health and safety in
the workplace and observe all the necessary legal
requirements.
The
responsibility and accountability for health and safety
issues rests with CedarOak Security operations manager, and
through his delegated authority, to the managers and
supervisors of CedarOak Security.
