Management |
Every aspect of CedarOak Security
operation is formally documented in comprehensive operating
manuals. The manuals cover all aspects of our business from
patrol duties to the weekly payroll. Checklists are used on
a day to day basis and accompany the paperwork trail. These
manuals and checklists allow all CedarOak Security personnel
to have a clear documented method of operation, ensuring
continuity and minimising error.
CedarOak Security supervision structure is a
key strategy. The heart of our operation is the control room that
directs and monitors our personnel 24 hours a day. The control room
records and documents all staff starting work and monitors their
actions throughout a shift. In addition, seven days a week, every
front-line officer is visited during a shift by one of our team of
supervisors to ensure they are operating correctly, to assist with
peak periods and offer advice where necessary.
Every officer, including senior management, has
a written assessment from their immediate manager every six months.
This assessment covers aspects of their job performance, attitude
and presentation.
Our management rank structure rewards excellence shown by officers
and allows us to develop an individual’s skills to best benefit
CedarOak Security operation, the employee, and our customers.
CedarOak Security appoints a senior officer to approximately every
4-5 staff. A senior officer has a minimum of six months security
experience and has been identified as being a competent security
professional with effective leadership skills.
